The aim of this implementation for active SupaDigital clients is to have a central point of communication for all support related matters, including active projects, retainer tasks and tasks for past clients who require support of some sort.
The system is quite self-explanatory. Please click the “New Ticket” button below to log open a ticket, else click on a ticket itself to continue communication in this regard.
Please do not open new tickets for existing issues, nor introduce new issues into existing tickets. Instead, please try keep all related matters in a single ticket.
